Let's Make Art! Ages 7-10

Unleash your child's creativity at Bull Run Mountain Art Camp! We've been making art on the mountain since 2012 and welcome returning campers every year. Kids' reviews are in: "This is my favorite camp....ever!"

Our projects are carefully designed to build creative confidence for every camper, and to be super fun! Each day is different, and your child will experience an astonishing variety of art-making methods and materials.

A typical day for our 7-to-10-year-olds features 2 main projects plus free drawing/sketchbook time. Our main project space is a shaded outdoor area, where campers are inspired by the sights and sounds of nature. Sketchbook time is in my studio shed, which is a few steps over the stream and through the woods behind our house.

Campers work at their own pace and are free to move to sketchbook time when they are ready. No waiting at the table for others to finish.

The highlight of Bull Run Mountain Art Camp is our Student Show. Save the date for Friday evening after camp! This is a special event you won't want to miss.

Camps are 3 hours per day and all supplies are included.

All camps are Monday–Friday with the student show on Friday at 7pm.
