Creative Giant Leap! Ages 5-7

Our ages 5-7 camp is a perfect fit for your little artist. We keep things FUN with a huge variety of art making techniques and an engaging, conversational teaching style. Your child will learn through experience that they can be creative in a huge variety of ways!

A typical day features one main project plus a variety of art experinces and sketchbook time. Our main project space is a shaded outdoor area, where campers are inspired by the sights and sounds of nature. Sketchbook time and smaller projects are in my studio shed, which is a few steps over the stream and through the woods behind our house.

Campers work at their own pace and are free to move to sketchbook time when they are ready. No waiting at the table for others to finish.

Parents are welcome to stay for the duration of camp. We have a sitting area set up inside, so your child will know you're right nearby. Bull Run Mountain is a beautiful place to go for a walk, and there is shopping such as a Giant grocery store about 6 miles away.

The highlight of Bull Run Mountain Art Camp is our Student Show. Save the date for Friday evening after camp! This is a special event you won't want to miss.
