Art Incredible! Ages 7-10

Unleash your child's creativity at Bull Run Mountain Art Camp! We've been making art on the mountain since 2012 and welcome returning campers every year. Kids' reviews are in: "This is my favorite camp....ever!"

Our projects are super fun and are carefully designed to build creative confidence for every camper! Each day is different, and your child will experience an astonishing variety of art-making methods and materials. Art-making experinces include drawing, oil painting, acrylic painting, sculpure, print making, collage, and more.

A typical day for our 7-to-10-year-olds features 2 main projects plus free drawing/sketchbook time. Weather permitting, our main project space is a shaded outdoor area, where campers are inspired by the sights and sounds of nature. Sketchbook time is in my studio shed, which is a few steps over the stream and through the woods behind our house.

A hallmark of art camp is that your artist never feels restricted or confined. Campers work at their own pace and are free to move to sketchbook time when they are ready. Campers also enjoy visiting our chickens and playing in our fenced-in wooded yard. Our inspiring setting creates joy for our campers year after year.
